Mustard is a condiment made using the seeds of mustard plant, in combination with water, salt and acidity regulator and sometimes other spices to create a paste. Dijon mustard is creamy in texture and subtle in taste. Excellent as part of a dressing, mayonnaise or creamy sauce and alongside cold meats either on their own or in a sandwich.
