A complete powdered mix requiring only the addition of water. It has been formulated with ease of use in mind and also in producing a mud cake of traditional and consistent quality. The end result is a moist and dense crumb texture with rich chocolate flavour and colour from the natural cocoa powder. Also very popular for use in making cupcakes.
