Kornies are medium sized flaked cooked wheat breakfast cereal produced from flaked whole wheat grains with some additional ingredients. The flakes are a toasted light brown colour and have a well-developed cooked wheat cereal flavour with a crisp textrure. Great as a breakfast option or as an ingredient in a range of recipes.
